Introducing Our New Online Forms
Regional & Rural Mental Health Services now has online forms included as part of our new website. This will make it easier for new clients to provide their intake information, saving time and paper. I know seeing a psychologist for the first time can be an overwhelming experience for many people and filling out forms minutes before an appointment can be a pain. This new online feature will allow you to fill out your details at your own pace and in your own space.
Our current clients will also benefit. It will allow you to update your records via our Client Details Form and read and sign a current version of our Client Agreement Form. Thereby helping you stay up to date with our latest terms of service for our psychological services. We have also included an NDIS Referral Form for use by service providers such as Support Coordinator and NDIS Partners and a Psychology Report Request Form.
We will be adding other forms as the year progresses. I intend to take advantage of new technology to improve the ease and accessibility of our psychological services.
